2022-23 Wow Swims Series points
The WOW Swims Series points leaderboard is under review at present. The information below is indicative only of how it may operate. An update will be provided shortly.
Points are awarded for the top five swimmers who complete the swim within the rules of the Event. The more events you participate in, the greater potential you have to win more points. Series winners will be awarded following the completion of the WOW Swims Series. To be eligible for an award, swimmers must have swum in a minimum of three (3) events from the WOW Swims Series. Age categories for series winners are shown below.
The Masters Swimming WA OWS State Championships will be conducted at the Mullaloo Mile 1.6km event and will award winners for the usual Masters Swimming age categories.
'A' Event (Distances of 1.5km and over)
Lake Swim - 1.6km, 3.2km
Christmas 10K - Merry Mile (1.6km), 3.4km,10km
Fremantle Ports Swim Thru - 1.6km, 3.2km
Swim Thru Perth - 1.6km, 3.5km
Mullaloo Mile - 1.6km, 3.2km
Coogee Jetty to Jetty Swim - 1.5km
'B' Event (distances Between 750m - 1.5km)
Lake Swim - 800m
Swim Thru Perth - 800m
Mullaloo Mile - 800m
Coogee Jetty to Jetty Swim - 750m
